I’m depressed over recent fall I had, I was really close to stopping, I just needed reach out to Mary but I didn’t, and I fell. I’m having difficulty doing things today because of my depression, and earlier today I was struggling with thoughts of despair.

Please pray that I can make it through these days until confession, go to confession and confess these things, and finally stop sinning. Please pray that this will finally be the last time I sin mortally, and I won’t make the same mistake I made this time, that from now on I’ll always have recourse to Mary, and Trust in the Lord, and never sin again.

Hail Mary
Full of grace
The Lord is with Thee
Blessed art Thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb,
Jesus
Holy Mary
Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of death, Amen

The struggle may be long, but the final victory is worth it!
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be, Fatima, AMEN!

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

I thank God for the graces He gives you to help you keep fighting and to sometimes succeed.

Lord please continue to bless and assist YehoiakhinEx232 to remain in Your grace, and to reach out quickly to You whenever tempation looms

Prayer for Chastity

Lord, inflame our hearts and our inmost
beings with the fire of Your Holy Spirit, that
we may serve You with chaste bodies and
pure minds. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Prayer for the Virtue of Chastity

Jesus, Fortress of mankind, bless me with Your
infinite graces, that I may remain in a state of purity.
Strengthen my body, spirit, and soul to continually
reflect Your chastity. Protect my soul in its daily
struggles, guiding it to ponder on Your Godliness.
Defend me from the forces of evil, those that seek
to acquire my soul: I am truly Yours forever and
ever. Holy is my King, the Conqueror of sin!

Prayer for Purity

Jesus, lover of chastity, Mary, mother most pure,
and Joseph, the guardian of the Virgin, I earnestly
wish to be pure in thought, word, and deed in imitation
of Your own holy purity.

Obtain for me, then, a deep sense of modesty which
will be reflected in my external conduct. Protect my eyes,
the windows of my soul, from anything that might dim
the luster of a heart that must mirror only Christ-like purity.

And when the "Bread of Angels” becomes the “Bread
of Me" in my heart at Holy Communion, seal it forever
against the suggestions of sinful pleasures.

Heart of Jesus, Fount of All Purity, have mercy on us.

Prayed that the good Lord will govern your actions , guide your decisions, and guard your tongue. May GOD Almighty give you peace that transcends all understanding, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

I leave you with a quote from Padre Pio:

“Walk in the way of the Lord with simplicity and do not torment your spirit. You must hate your defects but with a quiet hate, not troublesome and restless.”

The fact that we sin should not lead us to despair. If you are opening your heart to God, seeking His will in all things, then you should accordingly put your defects in His hands as well. We should trust Him with the progress of our own souls–never be despairing.
God bless!

Oh, I was taking falling as a physical fall. I fell twice recently. But your fall is a Spiritual fall.
Depression is anger turned inward, they say. Anger is not a sin, in of itself. It’s how you release it. Stay focused on cause of anger. Get proactive, not reactive. Work w personor situation that bothers you and wipe it out. You may not realize you are angry. Spiritually, in maturing, things happen. They may upset us. Our mature response is gracious and assuming problem. “THERE IS NOT A THING THAT WILL HAPPEN TODAY, THAT JESUS AND I, CANT HANDLE! “ITS OK!.” But inside our stomach is in knots. Do that a few times and we’re depressed. Meditate and consider things that bothered you that month. Bring Jesus into meditation and those moments. Ask Him to heal you and help you forgive ppl who have hurt you. Cleansing meditation.
You are a KING’s KID. A child of the Most High God. You are loved. Your Father looks at the good you do, as you live for him. You, too, should look at the good, you do. FORGIVENESS CANCELS ANGER, HEALS DEPRESSION! PRAISE MUSIC LIFTS YOUR SPIRIT TO LOVE.

O Christ, Jesus,
when all is darkness
and we feel our weakness and helplessness,
give us the sense of Your presence,
Your love, and Your strength.
Help us to have perfect trust
in Your protecting love
and strengthening power,
so that nothing may frighten or worry us,
for, living close to You,
we shall see Your hand,
Your purpose, Your will through all things.
