That I find God's path

I feel selfish asking for prayer since I’m really not in that bad a spot. I’m young (22) and I constantly feel that I don’t know God’s plan for me. I started my own business last year and it didn’t go at all how I would have liked. But there is a job opening (as DRE) in my diocese that I would love to get. If I got this job I would finally feel I was on God’s path for me.

Please pray the I get this job. If this job isn’t God’s plan, please pray that I find God’s path for me.

Try not to feel bad about asking for prayer for yourself. I used to do the same all the time and still do from time to time. After all, God wants us to pray for ourselves as well and we pray for each other at Mass. Also, if you haven’t already, you might consider getting a spiritual director.

Well, I totally skipped over the DRE part. Didn’t mean to though! I agree. I do believe this is Our Lord’s plan for Lormar. I have wanted to do something similar for a long time but now that I am disabled, I just simply try to educate people about the true Faith as best I can. I primarily use pamphlets and such that my priest sometimes provides me with and that sort of thing.

Update.

There is now an opening for DRE at MY PARISH! It would be ideal if I were to have the honor of working in my very own home parish. I was hoping this opportunity would come in a year or two - I never imagined it’d come in a couple weeks .
Please continue to pray.
Maybe just once (besides becoming Catholic) I actually know where God wants me.
Hopefully I will be interviewing for the position soon - I’ll be interviewed by a committee (if there were a ‘shaking in my boots’ smiley I’d insert it here).
