Please pray for me. I am caught with addictions that have a cycle, a definite pattern to them. I am unable to beat it and I know that I won’t unless I keep up with prayer daily. Please pray for them to go away and leave my life alone so that my friendship with Jesus will not keep getting broken.

Have you considered finding a twelve step program which deals with your addiction? Many people have found help in these rooms.

I’ve found the way to break a cycle is to make a new cycle. I highly suggest coming up with a new schedule, a new pattern, to make your mind follow. That might help. 🙂 Lord, You are the One Who broke traditions and inspired new ones. Please help Adventurer to adventure into Your paths, and find a way to get rid of the old. You turned sinners away from the sins they had committed continuously; please bless Adventurer with this grace as well. Amen. 👍
