That I may overcome my scrupulosity

Please pray that with the help of God and the Blessed Mother and all of the Saints that I may overcome my scrupulosity. Thank you, God bless.
 
It’s ok, a lot of people struggle with this. Speak with your priest or a spiritual advisor and find a therapist who will help with what is probably a form of anxiety (OCD is part of this spectrum.)
I have been there, and believe me, with prayer and the right kind of help, it gets much better!

If I may offer you some advice, I would find a regular confessor and completely obey him without question. If he tells you to do or not to do something, follow that. Complete obedience to a confessor will help you tremendously.
