That I'll stop having panic attacks while driving in traffic

I keep having really bad panic attacks while driving on the freeway in traffic. It seems like no matter what time I get on the freeway, the traffic is terrible at one point or another. Yesterday I had a close call as I almost didn’t slow down in time and almost rear-ended the car in front of me and had a truck behind me that might’ve smashed into me if it hadn’t been by the grace of God that spared me. I also hate witnessing accidents on the side of the road as I drive by, and I fear that that will be me one day. This is all giving me really bad anxiety, and I have to drive on the freeway every day of the week Monday through Friday to get to school. I’m starting to dread going out on the freeway. Please pray that I overcome this and that I not get into any accidents. I hate being such a nervous wreck…
