In the Ancient World, the concept of “writing” referred not merely to composition, but to literary activities also such as editing, dictation, compilation, scribal copying, etc.
Please give us some proof.

I’ll have to respectfully decline that request at this time: although such matters are common knowledge to those familiar with Ancient Near Eastern culture, I am concerned about getting too bogged down in a tangential thesis on the minutiae of ANE literary methods and techniques, and derogating too much further from the higher-critical orientation of the OP.

In re: to which, my essential point has always been that there are not, as is commonly assumed, “two creation stories” from two different documents or traditions - but one creation narrative, composed by one author, using two differing perspectives. (Whether the author be Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, or Moses is irrelevant in regard to this literary-critical question.)

My personal opinion would be the first story of the creation as being a physical description, and the 2nd as being spiritual in essence; that is,Paradise is heaven, a place that we cannot comprehend, being the reason why it uses a symbolic language. It would be like explaining the gift of sight to a blind man; one must use a symbolic language, using the sense of touch
(warm cool soft) or sound and melody in order to explain what is being felt when one observes the beauty of a sunset, for example.
