The best prayer for the conversion of sinners?

I know that the Mass is the most powerful prayer and that can be for me or offered for the Holy Souls of Purgatory but can it be offered for living people in the same way as an indulgence I can have for myself or the Holy Souls but not for another living person.

Would it then be the Rosary?

You may have a Mass offered for any person, living or deceased, Catholic or non-Catholic. The rosary or the Chaplet of Divine Mercy are also very powerful prayers.

The Way of the Cross by Saint Francis of Assisi would be my preference, especially now that it’s Lent.
