Among the companions of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) i.e. the “ten thousands of saints”, were Abyssinian, Persians, Romans and Israelites.Entire period!!!, its only 3 years He was preaching to the lost sheep of Israel compared to Muhammed’s 23 years (yet to the Arabs only)!
Who is “us” and “we” in this verse?.. Is there more than one Christ being referred to here??(Hosea 6:2):
“After two days he will revive us; on the third day he will restore us, that we may live in his presence.”
What has this verse got to do with the resurrection of Jesus (pbuh) on the third day?(Psalm 16:10):
“Because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay.”
(Isaiah 53:10-12):
“Yet it was the LORD’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the LORD makes [a] his life a guilt offering, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand. After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light of life ** and be satisfied; by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.**”
This verse is referring to someone who “will see his offspring”.
Who then is the offspring of Jesus that he saw?
First, it was the sign of Jonah that Jesus had told them they would have. Jesus himself prophecied it. UNless you want to call Jesus a lier, I suggest that you consider that.
I asked → Where in the Old Testament is there a prophecy about Jesus’ third day resurrection?
What has Jesus (pbuh) saying something got anything to do with a prophecy that should be found in the Old Testament?
