Just a point, however:

Interpreting the Bible, or tradition has been entrusted the Magisterium of the Church.

The interpreting Bible and Tradition is the responsibility of the teaching office of the Churchm explaining it faithfully.

I think you are reading too much into “This teaching office is not above the word of God, but serves it” to mean that the Bible is above the teaching office of the Church. It doesn’t say that at all.

I am sorry… I noticed he asked the question a couple of times…

I agree the Church is the official interpretor… The Church does not have the authority to teach outside of the written word or Apostolic Tradition… therefore it is not above the word of God but serves it… All three work in harmony with each other and one cannot be placed above the other.

Explained in another way… the Bible serves… Apostolic Tradition serves and the Magistarium serves… The Traditions, oral or written, is taught through the Magistarium… The magistarium is nothing without the teaching of Jesus… and this teaching has been handed down in written form (Holy Scripture) and by word of mouth (Apostolic Tradition)…

Well Christ said He came to establish His Church - not His book. That Church gave us Sacred Tradition and Sacred Scripture.

Remember, there is the human element to the Church and the divine element. We get caught up in haggling about the human element, but the divine element is infallible. Christ said HE would build His Church upon Peter - not that Peter would build the Church, but HE. He promised the Spirit would guide her into “all truth”, so we don’t have to worry whether fallible men are misleading us.

The Magisterium of the Church is at the service of God’s revelation, defending it from being twisted and used to the destruction of souls, and making sure all God’s people are fed by it.

It is the Sola Scriptura crowd that makes the word of God subservient–using it to justify whatever new doctrines they wish to propose or to justify their individual schisms and departures from the truth that has been faithfully handed down.

Jesus gave us Sacred Tradition and Sacred Scripture through the Church… There is a difference…

Your argument reminds me of the argument of what is more important… Faith or Works…

The Church teaches they are both important and are both needed and are not subservient to the other… the same is true with the Magistarium, Holy Scripture and Apostolic Tradition…

The first preference should be given to the Word from GodAllahYHWH’s mouth revealed on the heart of any of the ProphetsMessenger (including Moses and Jesus) whether in the OTBible or the NTBible.

Second preference should be given to the Word of the PophetsMessengers (including Moses and Jesus) explaining the actions in compliance of what is mentioned in the first preference.

The third preference should be given to the accounts described by the disciples of the life of the ProphetsMessengers (including Moses and Jesus) who were trained by them.

The Church/Clergy always hijack the Religion, so it would be prudent to ignore them respectfully.
