The Interlinear Bible with Strong’s Concordance. Hendrickson publishers.

All throughout the Psalms it says Jehovah.

The best Bible I’ve purchased.

The only version of the Bible I’ve every come across that utilizes Jehovah with a greater-than-usual occurrence was one used by a Jehovah’s Witness. And their bible is HEAVILY edited. Entire passages are edited out.

No bible published under Jewish auspices would print out the proper name of the Lord. The origin of the word Jehovah in bibles produced by Jehovah’s Witnesses and some fundamentalist Protestant denominations, as a corruption of an incorrect translation, is documented elsewhere on the scripture forum so you should find a search very helpful in detailing that history.

You certainly do not have a Catholic bible either. The Jerusalem bible first edition used Yahweh, but current Catholic discipline is not to use the proper name of the Lord in bibles, songs, liturgical texts out of respect for the deep reverence for the Name held by our Jewish brothers and sisters.

Hmmm. No, this is a Interlinear Bible in English/Hebrew/Greek.

The Bible I own has nothing to do with Jehovah’s Witnesses.

It appears that the Hendrickson Interlinear uses Young’s Literal Translation for the English language version. It was translated in 1898 and uses the word Jehovah. It is not very readable, since it tries to use the exact word and position of the word in both Hebrew and Greek. It has some value as a study bible, but being literal, it misses expressions that are better handled dynamically.
