The usual date of liquification is his feast day in September and the date of the translation of the relics is next (in May). According to this article, the liquification is not common very on this date in December (anniversary of eruption of Vesuvius).

Leaving aside the colorful language, a pandemic is certainly a bad thing, but it liquified earlier in the year on the other two traditional days. And there are plenty of bad things about the Biden Harris regime, but it also didn’t liquify in December 2016 when Trump was incoming. It’s what the good Father always calls the Covid virus. Unless he’s referring to government policies regarding it, in which case he says Covid-1984… one of several issues I take with Fr Z’s blog. Years ago, I enjoyed his blog and thought he was an amazing priest. I have no doubt that he still means very well and does good… but his blog is so political and sensationalist that it deeply disturbs me. His recent post calling on Joe Biden to repent of his “likely mortal sin” of “stealing” the election is another example of over the top nonsense that I really don’t want to hear from a priest in good standing. It shakes me to be frank… especially as I did truly enjoy his blog years ago.
