That is political speak in preparation for the coming amnesty/citizenship push, probably after the November election. It is also the big lie. The border is really as dangerous as its every been, with the Border Patrol being told to avoid certain areas as too dangerous.

It you live on the border, like this rancher, you know the Federal Government has abrogated its constitutional responsibility to protect you from armed foreign invaders:

You know that when even law enforcement can’t go to certain areas because it’s too dangerous, that WE don’t control our own borders anymore. What is happening to us is exactly what happened to Rome. Exactly. The real threat to our way of life in the U.S. is being cleverly masked by the Canadians, the real threat, who mask their intentions by influencing us to pay attention to the Mexican border. Why in the world do immigrants think they have a place in the U.S.?
