Is there anywhere to see statistics and information about the amount of charity work the Church and it’s affiliated organizations do in both the United States and around the world?

Also, I’ve heard it said multiple times that if you combine the Church with it’s affiliated charities and organizations then the Roman Catholic Church is the largest charity provider in the world. Can anyone confirm this with an outside source?
 
I know the Vatican releases some fairly detailed financial statements that shows where money goes. I seen one before. I imagine they are linked somewhere on the Vatican website but I can’t seem to get to it at the moment.

I’m guessing the idiots at Anonymous that think they are doing the world a favor by attacking the Church have something to do with it.

Well even though I cant confirm that info, I wouldn’t doubt it.
