Sure He did. He named it several times. He called it ONE. The problem is, you think He was referring to the fact that everybody just has a simple unified belief in Him, and does their best to try to follow Him, using the Bible…even if they don’t all agree with, nor practice, the salvific plan God laid out for the faithful. So some will be baptized, others won’t…but this is OK, even though the issue has critical salvific consequences, even though you’re not REALLY “ONE” in what is believed…that’s OK…just believe in who I am and do your best. What? Some say abortion is OK? Others say no? Oh, that’s ok…so you’re not ONE in that regard either…no biggie. Just do your best. Once saved, always saved? Yes? No? Ah, who cares? Just believe…Jesus did establish His Church; but never once called it Catholic. He didn’t even hint at a denomination!
Give us a break. ONE is ONE is ONE. You’re either unified in everything regarding faith and morals…or YOU’RE NOT ONE. So get unified, and until then…quit docking Catholics for being…ONE. No one is forcing you to become Catholic. But atleast take a lesson from us and get your body of believers together on what they believe…because “unity in diversity” isn’t working out too well for you.
