Sorry,

I got the word, “dispensation,”
From a site called “futurechurch.org”
Which promotes women and married priests.
I wonder if there is anything else misleading.
That is a non-catholic site. The Catholic Church can not ordain priestesses. Ordaining a married man to the secular clergy is possible as the discipline of a celibate secular priesthood is just that, a discipline and not dogma.

Religious have the vows and the vows are not dispensible.
Is marriage equal to virginity?
Are married people equal to virgins?
Is there a difference between these two questions?
According to Church Teaching, virginity for the kingdom is of a higher state than the married state. But when you get into talking about equality it matters how you mean it.

Aren’t people who love more (which is selfless),
Are people with more value (Love = Value (Goodness))?
How do you distinguish between,
Chastity and celibacy?
All are called to chastity, some are called to celibacy.

Chastity is living within the state you are in, so for single people is is abstaining from the sexual act, for married people it is sharing the sexual act with their spouse.

Celibacy is the state of not marrying. Technically one can be celibate and not chaste.

According to Summa Theologica: A Concise Translation…

Since chastity is concerned with balancing (moderation/temperance) the pleasure of the sex-act,
Self-discipline (selflessness) deals with an already immoderate desire,
And Love (God) is selfless,
Then celibacy is a higher discipline than marriage.

Since it is dogma that our bodies are good but not God,
And sensory pleasure is of our bodies,
And our greatest Good is God,
Then discipline must still follow dogmatic principles.

I believe the definition of chasity above is difficient, but the conclusion is consistant with Jesus’ teaching in Mark.12:25
For when they rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.
The celebacy and chastity are not the same.

Celebacy is the promise to remain unmarried.
Chastity is the virtue of remaining pure, whether married or not.

While celebacy may be higher, marriage remains a “good”.

Just a note to correct somethings.

In the Latin Church the Deacon also baptizes.

In the Byzantine Churches a priest’s belessing is required for the validity of the sacrament.

Only priests who are also a member of a religious order are under vows. Secular clergy make promises of celibacy and obedience to their bishop, they take no vows.
I know in terms of validity, sacraments have universal requirements. If a priest’s blessing is required for validity in the East, it should be the same in the West. My guess is that the priest’s blessing is only for licity and not validity. I can’t imagine something that would make a sacrament valid or not valid be present in one part of the Church but not in another. Its like the Latin Church can never declare leavened bread as invalid matter even within its own rite, because doind so will affect the Eucharist as a whole in the entire Church.

You might think so but you would be wrong, here are the relevant canons from the Code of Canons for Oriental Churches.

Canon 828
  1. Only those marriages are valid which are celebrated with a sacred rite, in the presence of the local hierarch, local pastor,
or a priest who has been given the faculty of blessing the marriage by either of them, and at least two witnesses, according,
however to the prescriptions of the following canons, with due regard for the exceptions mentioned in cann. 832 and 834, 2.
Here are the exceptions as listed.
Canon 832
  1. If one cannot have present or have access to a priest who is competent according to the norm of law without grave inconvenience, those intending to celebrate a true marriage can validly and licitly celebrate it before witnesses alone: (1) in danger of death; (2) outside the danger of death, as long as it is prudently foreseen that such circumstances will continue for a
month. 2. In either case, if another priest, even a non-Catholic one, is able to be present, inasmuch as it is possible he is to be called so that he can bless the marriage, without prejudice for the validity of a marriage in the presence only of the witnesses. 3. If a marriage was celebrated in the presence only of witnesses, the spouses shall not neglect to receive the blessing of the marriage from a priest as soon as possible.
While Canon 832 does say that those who meet it can have a valid marriage they must still seek out the priest’s blessing when able to.
Canon 834
  1. If, however, a Catholic party enrolled in some Eastern Church celebrates a marriage with one who belongs to an Eastern
non-Catholic Church, the form for the celebration of marriage prescribed by law is to be observed only for liceity; for validity, however, the blessing of a priest is required, while observing the other requirements of law.

why didn’t any “good” white pastors, ministers or members of the clergy take it upon themselves to start a civil rights movement before martin luther king!..
LeanSpa…

No reason to believe his wife was alive at the time. More evidence seems to indicate she was not.
You may be correct.

How can there be peace between races?
How would forgiveness play a role?

(I don’t think you can market products on these forums)
