So, what is the penalty for having a claim filed?
I think judges/lawmakers are stepping into irrational territory here. On a case by case basis, some overt claims may have merit but feelings? What’s next?
“He looked at me the wrong way (when he was actually looking at somebody else).”
OR
“I’ll accuse him or her of something out of spite.”
That’s not evidence. That’s a psychological warfare term called “perception management.” When everybody’s perceptions are managed by law, that’s slavery. That’s mind control.
In the late 1950s, Mad magazine published an article with a fake magazine for Beatniks. You know, those non-conformist Ultra-Orthodox Conformists of their tribe? On the cover were titles of magazine articles inside. One was “18 New Things to Protest!”
OR - “Get With IT. THIS is what we do!” The protest culture. What a legacy…
