I went to a Anglican service and the sermon mention a spiritual abuse in America, first of all, what is it about and second of all, does this concern you as well?

You’re the one who went to the service. How would we know “what is it about?”
 
Wikipedia defines this way. We as Christians are called to work toward ending any form of abuse, we pray for those trapped in the cycle or religious abuse that they may come home to Holy Mother Church.

Since you were the one who attended the sermon, perhaps you should start by explaining what you heard.

I really don’t know what you are talking about without further detail/context.
 
I feel there needs to be more context here if you want people to comment,
