Too late …

Because it speaks of offering room to the traveling Apostles [only those who actually saw the Lord] … it has to be composed before the death of John in mid-late 90 AD. And, since most died by 80 AD … it is believed to of been written between 65-80 AD. Many of the ECF’s desired it included in the Bible.
I agree. Even the rather liberal Anglican scholar J. A. T Robinson argued in his book Redating the New Testament that the Didache may very well have been written prior to the destruction of Jerusalem in A. D. 70. It has already been mentioned, but for me one of the most remarkable details of the Didache is that it explicitly speaks of the Eucharist as a sacrifice (thusia).

Yes … it is amazing on the Eucharist, and how we are to prepare ourselves to receive the Body & Blood.

Also, it REFUTES the OSAS idea.

Chp. 16:3 … But often shall you come together, seeking the things which are befitting to your souls: FOR THE WHOLE TIME OF YOUR FAITH WILL NOT PROFIT YOU, IF YOU BE NOT MADE PERFECT IN THE LAST TIME.
