I know this is hypothetical, but I would imagine the various nations and maybe even the UN, other multinational groups probably have some plan in place if something major like this were to ever happen, its well known they have city size bunkers built deep into the earth all over the place, and I guess FEMA would be the ones to execute such a plan. Id imagine all the important people will have a spot, probably be most intelligent people next, innovators in their fields, scientists, doctors.
They may do a lottery with the general population, but I think they would ensure certain people in certain fields are saved versus just randomly selecting people.

Yes, the earth will be destroyed and almost all human life will perish. But according to Genesis 8:21 this catastophe cannot be any kind of natural disaster.
Therefore the only means of fulfilling Isaiah 66:15-16 and Jeremiah 23:32-33 is from the inventions of mankind. (See Psalm 9:15-16)
The “Earth Will Be Destroyed” scenario is no hypothetical situation. This terrible disaster is the fulfillment of the OT prophecies and comes rushing at this sorry world like a runaway freight train. There is no way to stop it, and, according to the message of Our Lady of Akita, the only things that we can do are to cling to the Rosary and to the Sign that her Son left for us.

Who SHOULD they save versus who WILL be saved.
Who SHOULD they save? Good people. Those who are unselfish and caring about others.
Who WILL be saved? Cronies. We’ll have billionaires buying their way on to the Ark. Narcissists. People willing to use others for their own benefit. Powerful people using their power and influence to get on the ark.
