I slept right through it this morning! I’m in NE Indiana, but Hubby was in Evansville and was shaken awake.
I’m from SW Indiana and have been through little quakes there before.

Thank the Lord there was no serious damage and no loss of life.I’m just mad I don’t have a 'quake story to relate pout

We’re in NE Indiana too and it woke everybody up. Everything was rattling, windows, doors, etc. and you could feel it in the floor (we’re on a slab).

I haven’t heard of any reported injuries… so I’m hoping there were none?

I’m outside of Kansas City and was awake at 4:30 when I felt the house rattle like a huge truck was driving by. Thought…that felt like an earthquake and went back to sleep. Huh? forums.catholic-questions.org/images/smilies/cool.gif
Truly amazing! I live three hours south and a bit east of you and didn’t feel a thing. People here didn’t, though some have said people did about an hour northeast of here.

Weird that something would have such an effect at such distances, then none here, though it’s closer!

I felt it. I even felt the aftershock (I’m in West-central Indiana). My AP European History teacher yelled at me because she thought I was shaking the projector. (It happens quite often, my legs are really long). She didn’t feel it one bit.

Did anybody feel the one this morning, around 6am? It was centered NWN of Fenton, MO, about 4 miles from me, and I didn’t feel a thing. It was a little one, 2.7 I think they said on the radio.

I didn’t feel this one- I’m too far away, but I have many in-laws near Fenton.
