The Emmaus Prayer for Priests and the Rosary

My favorite parish in the whole world—which is, sadly, some 900 miles away—adds the Emmaus Prayer for Priests to the end of their communal Rosary recitation. They then conclude with the St. Michael prayer.

Have you ever encountered this custom before, or is it probably just idiosyncratic to that particular parish?
 
It is prayed at my Parish as well after recitation of the Rosary.
