My mother’s coworker’s ex-husband’s father passed away this evening, after a lengthy illness. Pray for the repose of his soul.

My godmother’s aunt passed away a few days ago. Pray for her.

Eternal Father, I offer You the Most Precious Blood of Your Divine Son Jesus, in union with the Mass being celebrated throughout the world today for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home and within my family.

Lord, we offer to You in a special way the dearly beloved departed brothers and sisters of the members of this forum. Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.

I would like to pray for my former neighbor, a teenager whom I have recently heard has killed himself.

Pray for my cousin and best friend ever Stephen, who died when I was 13 and he was 16.

Pray for my grandmother Irene, who died in 2006.

Pray for my Uncle Nathaniel, who died in his sleep a couple of years ago at a very young age.

Pray for my grandfather Stephen, who died of cancer from asbestos he inhaled while working in construction.

Pray for my grandfather Ransom, who died of a heart attack.

Pray for my uncle Lenny, who died of a brain tumor.

Pray for my Uncle Jimmy, who died this year.

Pls pray for my sister’s soul who died by suicide 5 years ago. May she finally rest in peace with our Lord.
 
Prayer for Mercy on the Souls in Purgatory

My Jesus, by the sorrows Thou didst suffer in Thine agony in the Garden, in Thy scourging and crowning with thorns, in the way to Calvary, in Thy crucifixion and death, have mercy on the souls in purgatory, and especially on those that are most forsaken; do Thou deliver them from the dire torments they endure; call them and admit them to Thy most sweet embrace in paradise. Amen.
