For my husband’s grandmother, who passed away this evening. She was a good woman, she will be sorely missed.
 
Eternal rest grant unto them, Oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen

Lord, hear our prayers.
Jesus, hear our prayers.
Spirit, hear our prayers.

Forgive us our sins,
Save us from the fires of hell,
Lead all souls to Heaven,
Especially those in most need of thy mercy.

Lord today is the anniversary of my dear father William.He died of a brain tumour in 1996.I miss him terribly and he was the most wonderful father in the world.I pray he is in heaven with You and I pray he knows how much I and all the family love and miss him.Lord please be merciful to all who have died and I pray You would grant eternal life to all…if they are truly sorry for their sins.Thankyou Lord for hearing our prayers and for Your many blessings Amen

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen
 
I pray for my recently departed pub quiz team-mate Michael, may the Lord have mercy on him and grant him eternal rest.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our deaths.
