In the past 4 years I have lost a few very close family members and I think that this is a great idea. To have a chance to remember them through prayers, since they were all very good people and did wonderful things while they were here on this earth. Hail Mary full of grace…
Our father who art in heaven…

This is for Matthew Kraft, who died in a car accident this morning on his 19th birthday. He was a friend of my daughters. Rest in peace Matt.

Pax Christie!
I will add all of your loved ones as a collective intention to my nightly prayers. While there are many loved ones of mine I hope are in the Church Triumphant, the freshest wound for me involves my sister Pat. I owe her more than anyone except my father. She left this world in a sudden accident on July 12, 2005. My rosary each day is dedicated to her. She was devoted to St. Therese of The Child Jesus (the little flower). She would appreciate us asking for her intercession… Thank you.
In Christ, Petros.

I’m praying for the repose of all the souls mentioned here, as well as healing for those left behind.

Pray for my Father Pat Driscoll who died on Novemeber 1 2004 and my grandfather Cyrus Mcbride who pasted this march.

I dedicate this post to my dear friends husband Dave Willis.

My dear Aunty Nan in her 100th year

My Czech Grandparents that I never met

My dear & lovely Nana Scott

Fr. John Archie MacNeil

My dear friend Canon Corchoran

Dolly Anderson.

Jodie who was murdered aged 14 years

Eternal rest grant unto them Lord.

I dedicate this post to:

My paternal grandfather, whom I never met (I am not even sure if he became Catholic)

My maternal grandmother, who died when I was 2

My maternal grandfather, WWII veteran, who died whan I was 6

My Uncle Ente, died of consequences of sex-linked dystonia-parkinsonism

A high school girl, died in a vehicular accident somewhere in Samar, Philippines last week

My friend Abigail’s sister, a “naughty girl”, was hit by a car when she pushed another younger sister out of harm’s way

Cholang, Gogie, Celia, Nelia

Sarah, whom I “know”

Angel, the little girl I did an emergency baptism on (whom I now firmly believe is my special intercessor here on earth)

:crossrc: :harp: :heaven:

All the patients I lost while they were under my care

What a beautiful idea this is! I was touched deeply by many of the tributes shared. This thread is not only healing for those who have lost loved ones, but also a wonderful way to honor the memory of those who have left us. My prayers go out for all those mentioned in this thread. May they find eternal peace and happiness in the arms of Jesus and Mary.

I would like to dedicate this post to my grandfather Floyd 1921-2006

My great grandma Hazel 1909-2006

They passed away when I was in France living with a Benedictine Community and I was not able to go to their Funerals. May they rest in God’s eternal Peace.
:heaven:

I would like to remember my dear Grandmother, Emily Mears, whose anniversary was on 11th August. She died 5 years ago.
I helped look after her in her last few years, and I miss her very much. She was a very warm, funny woman, who loved her family.

I would like to remember tonight my dad who passed away last May. He was the first one close to me to have died. He was only 62.

Please pray for my grandmother Francisca, died at dawn today, at the age of 81.

I want to honor and remember two priests that most influenced my life.
Msgr. Burns who was a learning light in my childhood and one of the most anti-communist as well as devotees of Mary that I have ever met.
Father Fred Sidler, a scouter, a friend, a person who was truly an example of having lived a Christian life.

As we remember them in our prayers, may all those who are united with God remember us in their prayers as well.
