Amen. I was a fan for his noblity and his honesty, his fairness and his dignity. He was a hard living and a hard working man. May God have mercy on his soul.
 
O Eternal Father, let me persevere in praying for my dearly departed grandfather, F. Robert. He was a man of few words, but when he did speak, he was loving and good-humored. He suffered ill health for years before passing away, but remained in good spirit throughout his ordeals. May he be lovingly accepted into the kingdom of Heaven through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
 
Eternal rest grant unto the poor souls of my dearest mother, Dercylis, my dearest auntie, Arleta, my friend Irish’s mother, Auntie Fely & my brother Benjamin. I also include my prayer for the soul of our country’s( Philippine) past President Corazon Aquino. She is well-loved by the Filipinos.Let Your perpetual light shine upon them and all the poor souls. May they rest in peace. Amen.
 
I would like to post this to honor my daughter Yelena, who died on December 15th 2005 of Encephalitis at age 24.
I really miss her but know I will see her again.
 
May Our Blessed Mother and Our Lord Jesus Christ console you in the loss of your daughter and bless her soul forever.
 
May the Blessed Mother intercede for my father Al Giddings who passed away March 12th after suffering from Alzheimers. May Almighty God have mercy on him, and may he rest with Our Lord Jesus Christ.
 
I want to remember and honor my beloved parents who passed away in December of 2007 just 5 days apart. Although it was difficult I know they wanted to be together through death as they were in life. It definitely helps me through bad days knowing that they are together watching over me and my family. May they rest in peace and I pray we will all be together again.

I could not have said your prayer any better. I do see signs the Holy Spirit guided ypur prayer.

May the LORD God bless my grandfather Chester Maslac, my grandfather Glenn Corning, and my grandmother Anne Maslac. May God bless them all and I pray I get to see them and speak to them someday.

For my cousin, Evelyn who passed away earlier this month and for Robert, age 28 who commited suicide this month. Lord have Mercy!
 
My husband George who passed away on April 14,1010.
The intensity of this loss can be overwhelming on some days—

He was 67 and we were married for 41 years-- He so loved life and was a big presence wherever he was–

I miss you George .

Remembering my beloved Grandmother Mary Kelly who died May 1983 but it is her birthday today.She was more of a mother to me than a Grandmother and we were very close indeed.She showed me so much unconditional love and showed me how to love and be a mother.Such a remarkable lady who did so many wonderful things.Her faith so strong and pure.She affected me in every way and by her example i have learnt so much.

Lord please grant eternal life to my wonderful Grandmother Mary.So humble as she was yet so kind warm and loving to everyone.I miss her so very much.It is her birthday today and I send her much love and thank her for all she did for me in my life.Thankyou Lord for the many blessings in our lives and I especially thank You for my grandmother and the love we shared.Amen
 
Eileen…thanks so much for the prayers. And tbcrawford…you are so lucky to have had anyone like that in your life! What a gift and a treasure…indeed. Lost my mom when I was so young and had no loving aunts, grandmothers or stepmothers. That’s okay…no complaints…God has been good to me through loving friends. But what a blessing to have had her in your life and I hope when I have grandchildren…I can do the same…not sure if I can do it since I had no role models for it. Hoping the Holy Spirit will guide me through that phase of my life. Peace be with you and Eileen.
 
I’d like to add my Mom to this thread - Josephine Mary Guidi. She left us to continue her journey home to the Lord on 4/19/2010. She was a very loving wife and mother, a truly kind soul. May you rest in peace and love, Gosie. We love and miss you so very much.
