That is the slogan for my former church Sermon Series, which will focus on 6 family values.
New Sermon Series:
6 values of Family
1/22 Focus on love - 1/29 Accept Responsibility
2/5 Make a Plan - 2/12 Instill confidence
2/19 Live to Serve - 2/26 Yield to Grace
As I remember growing up our preacher would take a verse or two out of the bible, sometimes a lot more and preach on what it means today, and in our daily lives. Helping us lead a better christian life.
Is this worsphip?
For all of our protestant friends especially the non denom fundamentals what is the difference to going to this sermon versus watching or attending a Dr. Phil Show.
I now believe that my former church are christian, and they are really good people with good purpose, but its sad to me that they do not know that Christ is here right now in the form of the Eucharist for all of us to enjoy and treasure in our hearts, perhaps our prayers will be heard and they will no longer be blind on their last day and be open to the truth within their hearts.
As a Catholic convert, it was taught to me that even our protestant friends are in one way or another Catholic even if they do not understand that, after all to be Catholic is to be Christian, so therefore they still have hope.
