To me, it was a criticism of a Christian PAC with a Lobbyists, which the author presents as somehow a bad thing.

But it isn’t actually Christian. They stress that a couple of times. They call themselves followers of Jesus but not bound by Christian morality per se.

Jesus is used as the common denominator so to speak.

Well, they opposed premarital sex and girls who were not virtuous.

Either way, they’re a political action group, which isn’t my cup o tea, so to speak

I think it definitely is another way to portray
Trump in a negative light and encourage
another conspiracy theory.
