The feast of St. Hermengild has been on the liturgical calendar of the universal Church on April 13th.
Why does it not appear on the post-conciliar calendar?

It does not appear to me that he has been excluded.

I see that Saint Martin I, Pope and Martyr, is also remembered on April 13, so maybe his feast takes precedence over good St. Hermenegild. Good choice for a confirmation name.
