Why would Jesus build His church on a sinner and not on Himself the sinless one?
Im gonna cut to the chase here: you underestimate the significance of the Incarnation.
The answer to why Christ would build his Church on a mere human parallels why Christ would choose to become a mere human to accomplish our salvation. He needed to do neither but has done both.

I have news for you. Peter was married.Matt. 8:

14 Now when Jesus had come into Peter’s house, He saw his wife’s mother lying sick with a fever.
You are reading something into the text that isn’t there. The fact that Peter had a mother-in-law, as most translations render it, indicates that he was married at some point. His wife may have died. She is never mentioned in Scripture.

I assume you are bringing this up to show us all that Peter was not celibate. Even if his wife was still alive it would make no difference. The practice of priestly celibacy did not become mandatory until much later. Many of the early popes were married.

I wopuld recommend that, if you wish to prove that the Catholic Church is wrong on some point, you might actually want to find out what it actually believes. Because you have not done that, you have no credibility with anyone here and are wasting your time.
