What is the Church’s position on the “Freer Logion” at the end of the Gospel of Mark? I understand it was partially quoted by St. Jerome but only appears in one 5th Century manuscript, the Codex Washingtonianus.

It does not appear at the end of Mark in the Nova Vulgata, link. I assume that if the Catholic Church considered it part of Sacred Scripture it would be there.

The Church doesn’t really have a position on it. It is a bit of text contained in exactly one manuscript. It was perhaps known to St. Jerome, but he did not include it in the Vulgate, so he clearly did not consider it an authentic part of the Gospel. There are other such stray lines or even paragraphs that were added to one manuscript here or there but are otherwise not supported. The New American Bible notes do mention the Free Logion, but again, as a minor textual variant.
