I just wanted to share in the excitement of our daughter’s Baptism taking place this weekend.
At all our children’s Baptisms (and other initiation Sacraments) I felt tremendous growth in my own faith. At 28 years old we had our first child, and now at 37 the meaning of Baptism is seems so much more important. Perhaps with age we grow in our faith and begin to realize how blessed we really are to have all the gifts which the Lord has bestowed upon us!
If you want, please share your experiences with your children’s Baptisms, Eucharist, Confirmation or even Marriage and Holy Orders.
Jesus answered, “Very truly, I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit”. John 3:5
