I have often visited this forum to see if there has been any new developments or comments or discussion on this topic. All I would like to mention to you about this fascinating person is that I truly believe that the young heir apparent Prince Guillaume of Luxembourg sure does fit the bill. He has a very well interwoven European royal lineage just about every branch. From the various articles and websites I’ve visited, I can honestly say that even his physical discription (minus the limp) and that can change, he might be a great candidate for the job. And as mentioned by
Blue Knight, where do I sign up.

Hmm, the ‘Great’ Catholic Monarch being Jovialian (Raelian?) and promoting himself on a Masonic website are two reasons why this pretender to the role of Catholic monarch has made himself inelligible. His myspace type website where he lists ‘God’s’ responses (in the form of all the tribulations that have happened over the last year: earthquakes, volcano eruptions etc.) to his demmand that France acknowledge him as their monarch read somewhat similar to that of those residents I’ve heard of in institutions of bygone generations who think they are Napoleon, Etc.
The ‘tools’ Masonic website (if all this is not some kind of vast intellectual joke) is an appropriate title; the Masonic order, whose expressed purpose is the destruction of the Catholic Church, does have this young man deluded into believing he can be recognized royalty. He has become one of the Masonic tools; much like the influences the Masonic order has installed in the leadership of various countries and religious institutions around the world (UN, Vatican, american presidency…)

Interesting that no one else has bothered to reply to this royal’s postings; does this mean that the topic here has been definitely identified? I hope not. Does anyone have any furthur research they can share on who might really be a contender for this role; the Great Catholic Monarch will come to his military place in the wars that will soon rage across Europe when he is 40. Assuming these wars will be realized sometime in the next 20 years, the GCM was born c 1980-2000. Catholic visionaries did comment that he lived less than an exemplary life in his youth so this member of the French Royal house could make a public confession and renounce his Masonic membership, new age philosophies and religious beliefs and become a faithful member of the Roman Catholic Church. Stranger things have happened. I couldn’t imagine a less deserving candidate for the role that this fellow. Time will tell.
 
Hello, I am new here and have never entered a religious forum however I have a very strong feeling about the Great Monarch.

From everything I have read, with a clear and open mind, I am convinced that he is Prince William.

I have read many corroborating quotes to this theory, with the prophecies of various bloodlines making sense of a little of it, and character traits also.

Here is one blog I found that agrees with me but I encourage everyone here to keep reading and come to their own conclusions. (And share them with us!)

Just thought I’d add a few thoughts on the matter.

I think looking at current “royalty”(quotes deliberately used) is somewhat of a waste of time - the Most High sees not as man sees.

You may recall that someone in charge of a few sheep was not a king until he was chosen and anointed by the Most High.

In all probability the King is alive at this time, and may or may not have an inkling of his future. If he does it will have been given to him not by man (including himself like the poor deluded chap mentioned previously :rolleyes: lol) but again by the Most High - any other “source” of illumination being at best misguided.

And the Most High will definitely not reveal this to him or anyone else before the due time. The Enemy would most dearly like to eliminate this destroyer of his plans.

But the one is not going to have an easy time of it. He has a lot to do and a large part of it will involve warfare against the enemies and Enemy of the Most High, for a long time most probably.

What will be the sign that he is the one ? Perhaps it will be the same sign as the one given to the people beforehand about David. None. The Most High chooses and anoints and then his lowly servant goes out trembling to do His Will and conquer His enemies and rule His people until the ordained (short) time of the Enemy and his disciple.

What can we do in the meantime ?

Pray that he will not be found wanting in his onerous duty… 😊
 
I’ve resurrected this thread because I would like to know more about this figure of private revelation 🙂

I know it might be a figment of the mind of these pious Catholic mystics down the ages, but the concept still intrigues me…

I wish it were true :rolleyes:

If Holy Church is to live out the life of Christ then does it not reason that the temporal Vicar of Christ will as well.Yes the Great Monarch to come is very much prophesied and much looked for but is he eager to take up his mission?Do you not think like of days in Christ the people,uninitiated prophets,priests,and disciples expected a glorious Messianic King but instead a dusty pedestrian traveling unimpressively attired man who preached about another kind of kingdom was what everyone got? The King to come will be like Christ, unassuming, simple without grandeur and of no earthly account.Yes like Christ he will have his royal forbears and his right to kingship but also like Christ he will be ridiculed,ignored,hindered and be victimized by political intrigue and eventually persecution.Yes he may revivify the Church,the faith and the faithful but as a sharp-edged sword come to slash at those religious and secular who have succumbed or compromised to/with the Prince of this world.In the end when the King to come -arrives at Jerusalem to lay his crown and sceptor down-his divine and royal appointment-it will be to take up the place of Christ in Gethsemane to face the Doom and then his own Satanic and I do mean Satanic sacrifice on the cross.What human in their right mind will want that type of royal inheritance! Wow…I totally love and get the idea of him not being exactly what people expect, just like Christ wasn’t, but rather being humble, unassuming and self-sacrificing. However what do you mean by “rush him to his death”?
 
I raise this thread again in case the above poster decides to come back and answer me 🙂 (which I hope he does)

I have done some reading on these “prophecies” and am sad to say that they seem to have been abused and widely dispersed amongst extreme, Traditionalist Catholic types.

I would greatly love to hear if there are any “ordinary”, mainstream, Orthodox Catholics who have a good knowledge of this subject matter.
