I had a feeling that you were going there. Actually, I cannot disagree. I would like to point out that just because someone is paranoid does not rule out the possibility that someone is out to get them.My suggestion that it was an ‘American problem’ rather than a ‘European problem’ was about the perception that there is a serious problem in the first place.
Hundreds of millions of the really nice people who recently brought the world such gems as ‘Shoah’ and ‘Liquidation of the Kulaks as a Class’ have a few Muslims around - a tiny proportion of whom might prove to be a problem.
Meanwhile, groups of American conservatives, many of whom would be hard pressed to find Europe on a map, never mind name more than a couple of European countries get terribly excited about it on a message board.
Whose problem is it?
