The Hebrew word pethiy/simple

This word can be found in Ps. 19: 7 and Ps 119: 130. It is translated sometimes as simple or the simple.

How was it translated in the Septuagint?

Is the Septuagint translation come into the New Testament? If so, where and how?

Unfortunately, I didn’t see any English interlinear translations. However, this one, at least, is parallel (NOTE: I think they use Douay-Rheims chapter numbers).
 
Oh, the most interesting thing is “ore.” Light here is the same light as in Genesis 1: 15. Thus the literal meaning, I believe, is the light the gives understanding to the simple–like me.
