The Historical and Prophetical Books

I want to read these books chronologically. Can anyone suggest or point to a website that shows which prophetic books should be read with the historical books?

I’m interested in this as well. The most I can say is that Isaiah and Jeremiah {as well as Lamentations} are both mentioned in 2 Chronicles. I would assume Baruch is around the same time as Jeremiah, but I could be mistaken. Isaiah was before Jeremiah, though. As for the other prophets, I don’t have a clue.
I’m currently reading the Bible a little bit everyday. Recently, I finished Chronicles and instead of going to Ezra & Nehemiah, I decided to read Isaiah because he is mentioned in the second book of Chronicles.

I’m sure someone here knows about the rest, though. :}
