I just realized something: when the archangel Gabriel visits Mary, he calls her the Immaculate Conception (Full of Grace)!

As Peggy Frye said:
The salutation given to Mary by the angel Gabriel in Luke 1:28 is “Hail, Full of Grace…”. In Greek the word used for grace is kecharitomene." We can say through the writings of Luke that Mary was the fullness of grace (sinless). How? “Kecharitomene is a perfect passive participle of charitoo, meaning “to fill or endow with grace.” Since this term is in the perfect tense, it indicates a perfection of grace that is both intensive and extensive. So, the grace Mary enjoyed was not a result of the angel’s visit, and was only as “full” or strong or complete as possible at any given time, but it extended over the whole of her life, from conception onward. She was in a state of sanctifying grace from the first moment of her existence to have been called “full of grace.” catholic.com/library/Imma…_and_Assum.asp
No one can be full of grace if there is any trace of sin in that person. In addition, Grabriel gives Mary a new name calling her “Full of Grace”. He says “Rejoice” (Hail!) “Full of Grace”.No where in Scripture is there another address like this.

Hi

Kinldy give; what you understand from Immaculate Conception?

Is it a consenses creed of the Protestants , JWs and other 32000+ denomination.

Also kindly give the verses from the Bible where the word Immaculate Conception has been mentioned.

What does the Jews have to say about it.

Islamic view as mentioned in Quran is very clear; it is that Jesus was born of the virgin Mary.

I love Jesus and Mary as i do love Buddha and Krishna

Thanks

I will tell you the dogma of the Immaculate Conception, but that’s it. For everything else, use Google. Google is your friend! 🙂

The dogma of the Immaculate Conception goes as such:

“We declare, pronounce and define that the doctrine which holds that the Blessed Virgin Mary, at the first instant of her conception, by a singular privilege and grace of the Omnipotent God, in virtue of the merits of Jesus Christ, the Saviour of mankind, was preserved immaculate from all stain of original sin, has been revealed by God, and therefore should firmly and constantly be believed by all the faithful.”

The title “Immaculate Conception” is in the words of the angel Gabriel, who calls Mary “Full of Grace”. (Luke 1:28) Anyone who understands those three words knows Gabriel is calling Mary the Immaculate Conception.

Some Bible mistranslations have “Favored one,” but the original verse is “Full of Grace”. 🙂

Hi

Kindly tell us if the above passage is from OTBible;then it does not have the name of the Book, or chapter number and the verse number. If you forgot to mention it; please don’t mind to mention it now, if you please.

Please don’t be angry.

I love Jesus and Mary as I do love Buddha and Krishna.

Thanks
