Many individuals often forget about the Holy Spirit and rarely pray to it. Many just pray to Jesus alone but forget the importance that the Holy Spirit has in our lives. Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and it helps us mature and grow spiritually in our lives. Don’t forget about the Holy Spirit and feel free to pray to it as you pray to Jesus. It is also God and can solve many of the problems you encounter dailey. It brings ilumination, purity, and blessings to your life. Feel the presence of the Holy Spirit and let it fill you up and guide you in your life. May it bring the answers that you always seeked and let it change your life!

Sacred Scripture about the Holy Spirit-**

10 But[e] it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets. 11 No one can know a person’s thoughts except that person’s own spirit, and no one can know God’s thoughts except God’s own Spirit. 12 And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us.

1 Corinthians 2:10-12

The gifts it gives:

8 To one person the Spirit gives the ability to give wise advice*; to another the same Spirit gives a message of special knowledge.[c] 9 The same Spirit gives great faith to another***, and to someone else the one Spirit gives the gift of healing. 10 He gives one person the power to perform miracles, and another the ability to prophesy. He gives someone else the ability to discern whether a message is from the Spirit of God or from another spirit. Still another person is given the ability to speak in unknown languages,[d] while another is given the ability to interpret what is being said. 11 It is the one and only Spirit who distributes all these gifts. He alone decides which gift each person should have.

1 Corinthians 12:8-11

Your body is temple of the Holy Spirit:
  • 19 Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit*, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, 20 for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.
1 Corinthians 6 :19-20

The Holy Spirit is God:
  • 3 Then Peter said, “Ananias, why have you let Satan fill your heart? You lied to the Holy Spirit, and you kept some of the money for yourself. 4 The property was yours to sell or not sell, as you wished. And after selling it, the money was also yours to give away. How could you do a thing like this? You weren’t lying to us but to God!*”
Acts 5 :3-4

Amen.👍;)🙂

I adore the Holy Spirit! He has saved me from myself countless times 👍 I actually wear a “Sacred Heart” medal that has the Holy Spirit on the back of it. This is one of my favorite medals because either side displays my hero.

Oh I also want to correct you on one thing. The Holy Spirit is one of the 3 persons that is God (the One), so it’s a good idea to think of Him as a “He” rather than an “it” 😉

John 14:16-17:
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate to be with you always, the Spirit of truth, which the world cannot accept, because it neither sees nor knows it. But you know it, because it remains with you, and will be in you.
Since Jesus gave us the Spirit to be with us always, it seems like a really good idea to get totally hooked up with Him. In a very real sense, we should be with the Spirit at all times. We can’t directly perceive the Spirit, just like we can’t see the wind. But we can see and feel the effects of the wind just as we see and feel the effects of the Spirit. With the wind, we learn not to work against it or we increase our difficulty. I believe it’s like that with the Spirit as well. If you are sensitive you can perceive when the Spirit is calling you one way or the other on your deepest thoughts and fears.

I also consider the Holy Spirit as the Divine Therapist, and whom I credit for healing my severe bipolar condition. Medicine can help control, but true healing comes only from God, through His Spirit.

Good point. Thanks for the correction. Next time I will put the Holy Spirit as a him.🙂
