I love the International Rosary on EWTN . I would love to know if anybody knows what the name is of the the beautiful background music. I would love to buy it or download it if I can possibly find it in YouTube.

I don’t know what they play for most of the program, although I do know that around the end (around the 5th mystery AFAIK), the music playing is an instrumental version of Schubert’s Ave Maria.

The audio is available for download on EWTN’s website I believe. Just search for ‘international rosary’ here.
 
The first song is “Reverie” by Debussey.
The second is “Ave Maria” by Schubert.
I believe the versions used are from a 1971 recording of The Philadelphia Orchestra.
