Of course not, the content of the Quran is in many places in diametric opposition to that of the Bible, so it simply cannot be considered Scripture. Googel “Dei Verbum” for catholic teaching on Scripture.
That said, the Vatican is also not in the practice of calling press conferences, holding up texts held by other religions and saying “See this? It’s hooey.” In recent decades, the focus has been on identifying point of common belief rather than denouncing point of difference. Islam and catholicism both affirm a single God who created all, is all powerful, is merciful to those who believe in him an submit themselves to Him. That God has revealed himself slowly over time in history as shown in the Old Testament of the Bible (concepts of the weakness and sinfulness of man, the existence of a objective moral code, the universal need for men to be forgiven, etc).
But that’s darn near it for commonality. (IMO)

In September 2006, I hadn’t yet reverted back to the Church and this was all the buzz in the news.
In May of 2009, Pope Benedict traveled to Jordon for the dedication of a Catholic university there.

Jordan’s Prince Ghazi Bin Muhammed Bin Talal, a relative of Muhammed made the opening speech (which in part is at that website above).
The Prince couldn’t help but make a couple of jabs about Pope Benedict’s age and of course he brought up the Crusades.
