I agree. I believe all bishops should lay down the law with liturgies.

If the bishops wont do anything. Contact the national “head” bishop to contact the Vatican about this one bishop and it’s problems. Then the proper Chanells will flow right on in.

I agree with you, but this is about the codification of liturgical law, similar to how canon law is codified.
