Hello,

I am in my final year at university, currently trying to write my final 3 essays which need to be in by 4pm on Monday 26th and then start revising for my final 4 exams which are taking place between 10th May until 4th June.
At the moment I feel like I will fail everything but I know I probably (hopefully!) won’t.

I really feel so stressed and that my essays aren’t making any sense and that when I finally finish them I won’t be able to revise.
I am super tired so going to go to bed any minute having a semi-early night and hopefully tomorrow things will be clearer.
Please pray for me, and all other students who are coming up to either the end of their academic year or end of academic careers.

Thank you all!
God bless

**Getting that sleep will make such a difference! May God give you all the clarity you need this weekend and in the coming weeks to do your work to the best quality you can.

Remember, O gracious
Virgin Mary, that never was
it known that anyone who
fled to thy protection, implored thy
help or sought thy intercession was
left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence,
I fly to thee,
O Virgin of Virgins and
my Mother; to thee I
come, before thee I kneel,
sinful and sorrowful;
O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions, but
in thy mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen.

Common prayer by St. Thomas Aquinas:

Come, Holy Spirit, Divine Creator,
true source of light and fountain of wisdom!
Pour forth your brilliance upon my dense intellect,
dissipate the darkness which covers me,
that of sin and of ignorance.
Grant me a penetrating mind to understand,
a retentive memory,
method and ease in learning,
the lucidity to comprehend,
and abundant grace in expressing myself.
Guide the beginning of my work,
direct its progress,
and bring it to successful completion.
This I ask through Jesus Christ,
true God and true man,
living and reigning with You
and the Father, forever and ever.

Amen.

Prayer for Students
Under thy patronage, dear Mother, and calling on the mystery of thine Immaculate Conception, I desire to pursue my studies and my literary labors: I hereby solemnly declare that I am giving myself to these studies chiefly to the following end: that I may the better contribute to the glory of God and to the promotion of thy veneration among men. I pray thee, therefore, most loving Mother, who art the Seat of Wisdom, to bless my labors in thy loving-kindness. Moreover I promise with true affection and a willing spirit, as it is right that I should do, to ascribe all the good that shall come to me therefrom, wholly to thine intercession for me in God’s holy presence. Amen.

A STUDENT’S PRAYER
Loving Father,
I stand before You in the midst of confusion and complexities of life.
My future sometimes seems distant and unknown.
Give me, O Lord, the vision to see the path You set before me.
Grant me the courage to follow Your way,
that through the gifts and talents You have given me,
I may bring Your life and Your love to others.
I ask this through Jesus, Your Son and my Brother.

Amen.
