That is awful:mad: Boy, the inhumanity:mad: Where is the "rehablilitation"of the prisoners?:mad: Most people would get out being more angry and lash out more on society:mad:

This veil of absolute impunity that the Department of Corrections possesses is intolerable. Follow that with the fact that they don’t have to account for their misconducts/actions to anybody and it is rather suspicious. Is the Department a group of mortals that are beyond good and evil? Protected and hiding behind the uniforms they wear, the “Omerta” modus operandi, the mystic “belief” in authority that they possess?
