I read a fb article about Adoration and it described the Eucharist as the “living, breathing spirit of Jesus”. Isn’t Jesus is the Eucharist more than His spirit?

Is the Real Presence His Spirit or his body? I mean I know it’s the Body of Christ, but obviously it’s not as I visualized as a kid when my mom told me jesus was in the tabernacle and I imagined His entire body folded up like a contortionist.
