I would suggest showing her a tape like Scott Hahn’s “The Fourth Cup”. It is a beautiful lesson on the link between the Jewish Passover and Christ being the Passover Lamb. BUT IT DOESN’T SHOVE THE CATHOLIC FAITH DOWN HER THROAT, at least until the last five minutes, but by then she’ll be hooked! If she watches it, she will get a glimpse at some of the beauty of the Catholic Faith, as well as the Full Spiritualness we get out of the Bible (Old and New). This will hit her from the blind side, I mean who ever heard of a Catholic that studies the Bible??? After that, show her some other books that also show the fullness of our faith, without throwing our unique Dogmas in her face. Tim Gray and Edward Sri have some fantastic books from Emmaus.Org that really explain some of the Gospels (Matthew and Luke). When she sees some of the reasons you love your faith, it may begin to bring down her walls and shields.
