Nothing wrong with uniting people.

nobleman:
is there something wrong with fighting Rome empire when it started to fight Muslims?
It was the Muslims who attacked the Christian and Roman cities. It was Muhammad who, before his death who sent a letter to the leader of Jerusalem demanding that he and the city convert to Islam, subjugate themselves to Islam or be attacked. After Muhammad’s death, the Muslims did attack Jerusalem… after about 5 months of brutal fighting the city surrendered to the Muslims forces. Whey did they surrender? Because by that time the Roman empire had basically fallen apart. They did not have the troops in Jerusalem to protect themselves from the Muslim invaders.

The same holds true for ever Christian community in the Middle East and North Africa. They were invaded by Muslims carrying out the lesser jihad… a war to spread Islam.
for killing apostate is present in christianity too ,but in islam its justified
and it has condition that must be applied to do it

Killing of apostates has been outlawed in Christianity. There is a recognition that at the time it was done, it was wrong. It was done based on the false application of a few verses in the OT. The Catholic Church has outlawed it.

Killing apostates in Islam is NOT justified. You are just brain washed into believing it is. Wow so there are ‘conditions’ to brutal slaughter.:bigyikes: Gee makes me feel a lot … NOT!

why killing apostate

Why is the apostate to be executed in Islam?
No one here cares about your justification for brutality. We reject it totally.

Ya know, I am so glad muslims like ‘nobleman’ post here.

Before I started reading this forum, I thought islam was simply another religion, like Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism, Hinduism. I thought that like these other religions, it was the personal faith of a group of people that had no interest in taking the rights and freedoms away from others. Also that, as in these other religions, leaving islam was not a capital offense. In other words, that islam was civilized.

But I see that it is NOT civilized. Every time I try to see it otherwise, someone like ‘nobleman’ comes on here and tries to defend the act of killing someone for the simple act of leaving islam. He is trying to defend murdering someone for following their heart and enjoying religious freedom such as we have here in the United States. It really shows how unappreciative I’ve become of just what freedoms are granted here in the US by our laws. Many people are living under islamic regimes where they do not have freedom of religion.

Thanks nobleman for confirming, again, that islam is a barbaric system of totalitarianism cloaked in the guise of religion. It really is closer to fascism than it is to any of the religions I listed above.

See, I don’t even have to say anything. nobleman is proving my statements himself.

You need to be very careful about claiming that science proves or leads to islam. Why? Because these claims are false. So when you make the claim, and it is proven that they are false claims you have just proven that Islam is a lie.

The Qur’an is a book of faith, not a book of science. There is NO science in the Qur’an.

I am a scientist and an engineer with a 25 year career behind me in this field. I have spend hours in the past debunking this 'science in the Qur’an nonsense. Why did I spend those hours? To prove to myself one way or the other if these claim were true.

For example the claim in the Qur’an that sperm in made in the back bone. What a riot. The sites you linked to no doubt go through all kinds of mental gymnastics to prove this is true. Well it might work on the uneducated, but anyone who has had a biology class knows this is not true.

I’m not going to waste one more moment debunking them because I have a life to live. The internet is filled with sites that do a very good job of debunking this nonsense.

Science disproves the Qur’an.

about attacking Rome empire go and read in history
I have read history … a lot of history. I read the history as written by BOTH sides. You must only read history as written by Muslims. Muhammad started attacking anyone who would not convert to Islam or pay his taxes. He started the fight. If Romans then reacted to protect people what more would anyone expect?

Remember that when you come out here on the internet you are often speaking to the decendents of the people Muhammad and later Muslims slaughtered. We reject the lies that Muslims have recorded in history about our ancestors.

You have no idea what Christianity is or the relationship of the OT to our religion. NO Catholic worships the Catholic Church. That would be apostasy and blasphemy. A person who does this would be excommunicated not executed.

If an apostate is executed, then we would take away from them the right of free will and the right to later come back to the faith. So we would be denying them salvation. Only God can do that.

The OT says to kill apostates in a particular circumstance. It was a circumstance of a small tribe. The apostates that were to be executed were those who were treasonous. IN a small, struggling society such things and destroy it and lead to the death of the closely knit group. This is no longer the case.

You posted the link to answering-christianity

I posted the ones to answering-Islam … the ones I posted answer the one you posted.

I like those sightes as they do a very good job of presenting the two sides of a discussion. They are a good example as they don’t get nasty, just covering the points.
if you opened the site i gave you ,you will see that the site answering islam is **impregnated insite it ** and response is given
so you can read both sites in answering-christianity.com🙂

dont worry ,we did ,islam and science never contradict
news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/1702393.stm:rolleyes:
Except when Islam and science contradict.

Here’s another one:

The Quran teaches that the Sun sets in a muddy spring (18:86 and 18:90). Firstly, the sun does not go down in a muddy spring every evening. Secondly, the authors of the Quran thought the earth was FLAT when they wrote this.

And how about this one:

Allah created stars as missles to throw at devils so they won’t eavesdrop on the heavenly council (67:5 and 37: 6-8)

Science or superstition?

Another error that is clearly from the mind of 7th century Arabia, not God:

Man is created out of a mere clot of congealed blood (96:2).

Aristotle erroneously believed that male semen combined with menstrual blood to create human life. The authors of the Quran may have had this in mind. But it is more likely that at least one of Muhammed’s 13 wives suffered a miscarriage and, thus, the erroneous conclusion that man is created out of a mere clot of congealed blood. However this blood clot idea was reached, it is contradicted by science.

There are many more examples of inconsistencies and scientific error in the Quran.

Now there you go messing up perfectly good nonsense with scientific fact… tsk :doh2:
