Anyone on here try it? Or have someone try it on you?

I think I am going to pick up a copy this afternoon after work.

My husband and I did it together about a year ago. We each had our own copy of the book for the journal. We both really enjoyed it. It taught us both a lot about what true love really is and how to love each other even when we didn’t feel it. We both got a lot of growth out of doing it, and it was a lot of fun, too!

I think that it works best when both spouses can read it at the same time, but if only one spouse does it, it’s still helpful.

I sure hope it works. I have to be honest though. I truly believe that I am going about it with the right attitude-not expecting anything in return. But in my heart, I don’t even have any HOPE for anything in return. I feel as though I have been down this path too many times with the same result. What would make this time any different?

My only hope is God right now, so I am going to go through the book as honestly and diligently as possible and hope that he starts to make my wife happy (I mean truly happy, more than just on the surface) and begin to see me as the different man I am now. He is the only one who can make that change at this point.
