Thanks for the link. It’s confusing since it says the total is ~1.8 billion but then carves it down to a much smaller figure to get ‘deliberate’ health tourists. Guess the other 1.6billion pounds are non-deliberate users, The total seems to be ~2% of budget, not insignificant.
