Well, comparing differences is nice. Here are some examples of working together:

Catholic, Mormon Choirs Joining For Christmas Concert
an interfaith concert, with choirs from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and St. Denis Catholic Church.
Catholic, LDS members collaborate on Christmas film
The collaboration between our two churches, I think, is very important in many areas, but this is one very vital area too, said The Most Rev. John C. Wester, Bishop, Diocese of Salt Lake City. It’s going to bring home a really beautiful message for Christmas.
I hope you all had a blessed Christmas. I had the week off work to spend with my family. Our furnace went out, but we’ve been keeping warm with space heaters while waiting for the part to arrive.

Hope you had a nice one, too. 🙂

Like you, I have been having furnace problems. On and off since Thanksgiving. And like you, it’s been space heaters. They have worked well, but I am hoping that the furnace is finally fixed since yesterday. (Mon).

Thanks for the links. It’s nice to work for the good of all regardless of faith association. God’s blessings to you and yours.

We had that happen once in February, it was bitter cold at the time, lucky for us we could actually cannibalize our “spare” clothes dryer for the part we needed. Since then we keep an igniter on hand. I hope your furnace is fixed soon, by us the weather has taken a frigid turn.

Weird, really weird, but Marie and Neuro, I’d like to hear when your furnaces are fixed:blush:

Lol thanks for the kindness folks, and I promise I’m not trying to hijack the thread or change the subject.

We have a part on order, that should show up in the mail today or hopefully Saturday.

Here in Colorado, it hit -15 last night, but no wind = no problem. I broke out some portable propane heaters to beef up the electric heaters and keep basement pipes from freezing.

Stay warm Marie!

(shhhhhh…the mother board was replaced on Mon., and so far, so good. DONT JINX it by saying a.n.y.t.h.i.n.g.! 😉 )

You all jinxed me last night.

3 am this morning, I hear a “pop”, and find out that he power was off to only half of the house…lol

Of course it was the side that had the furnace.

Power company has been out and fixed it, all is well.

Let’s stop talking about furnaces shall we…😃

😉

Our furnace part arrived in the mail today, my wife plugged it in and assembled everything, now our heater is working again - yay!
