The New Missal

Finally managed to speak to our parish priest about this. He tells me that here in the Philippines the new missal is delayed being introduced by one year so it will be November 2012. He doesn’t know the reason for the delay. I guess its introduction this year is not mandatory.

There is no mandatory introduction date. I believe the Holy See has left it to each episcopal conference to set the date for its territory.
