The NFL will feature social justice statements stenciled in each team’s end zone during games, league says

The NFL, which up until recently had restricted its players from protesting on the field for social change, is going all in for the 2020 season.

League Commissioner Roger Goodell walked members of the media through a series of social justice initiatives the league has planned in a call on Tuesday, including helmet decals, a voter activation push, and phrases stenciled in the end zones.

Those phrases, Goodell said, include “It Takes All of Us” and “End Racism.” They will be stenciled in paint in each teams’ end zones all season long.
And Finally.
The NFL will also play the song “Lift Every Voice and Sing” – a song known as the Black national anthem – before games on opening weekend, while airing footage that showcases the social justice work of players and teams, Goodell said.

I love sports! The NFL, (GO Ravens!!!) MLB, NHL, you name it. But I must say, they’re beginning to push the envelope of my patience with all this politically correct B.S. they’re pushing these days. It used to be that sports was a way to escape the world’s troubles and relax for a bit. Not anymore! Both of my home teams have made statements about “systematic racism” and other politically charged opinions that I don’t agree with. And to be honest, I’ve about had it with the constant bombardment of this nonsense.

Well enough of my rant. Carry on.

Go Saints.
Wife says Go Patriots.
Fly Eagles Fly. But,
What about justice for the 270 blacks killed by other blacks for every one unarmed black killed by a police officer (regardless of justification)? Will they call for justice for them?
How about justice for citizens regardless of race, who have lost their jobs, their businesses because of the blackshirt style riots by BLM and the fascistic Antifa?

Will the NFL mention them, or is this just gaslighting and virtue signaling?

Then, it needs to be done for other groups, maybe based on sexual preference too.

And by the way, does the NFL look like America? Maybe some affirmative action law is needed.

NBA too but forget rights in China?

I’m done with sports except for the PGA until they find a way to ruin that. I don’t tune in to see their pet messages, or any messages, rammed down my throat by being displayed where I can’t avoid seeing them. There are a lot of social issues out there why should I care about their privileged issue any more than all the other issues. What about end abortion, end child abuse, end domestic assault, end trade policies shipping American jobs overseas, end elder abuse, etc? Why aren’t these also on the courts and fields and on jerseys and helmets? Because they have no business being there. Neither does their privileged issue.
